Just as it is suppose to be..... We fished off of Anagoda BVI yesterday and had some great marlin fishing. I started back towards the North drop and saw nothing by noon so We picked up and ran east to Anagoda. The two boats that were already there already had the fish going. One boat already had 3 Blue marlin and another had four. We jumped into the fray and ended up seeing 7 marlin. We jumped one off and pulled the hooks on another one after a big battle and had another one on for a short time. . But we did manage to get two of them to the boat. We had a few more fish destroy our teasers. It was a great afternoon of fishing.
The highlight of the day was catching a blue marlin for Carlos. It was his first blue marlin and it was a nice one. See the pics below.
Tropical storm Ernesto entered the caribbean just to the south of us. It gave us some pretty nasty squalls to run thru on the way back to the dock in Bitter End Virgin Gorda. This morning, the storm has moved a bit more to the east and it looks like we may be able to stick our nose out and try for a few more Blues.
