Turks

The water here in Blue Haven marina in the Turks and Caicos has to be some of the prettiest marina water anywhere. It is brilliant green and turquoise. The clarity is outstanding. No picture could do it justice. The water is top to bottom clear at all times and full of life.
Our trip to the Turks from the Dominican Republic was uneventful. We went to cap Cana the first day and Grand turk the second day. On day three, we got up early and fished Phillips bar on the east end of East Caicos but only caught one small yellowfin tuna and a few Barracudas.
Once here, We got the boat cleaned up and straightened and Matt flew out.
There are so many things to do here on Provo, Da Conch shack, Bugaloos, Coral gardens, The old ship wreck on the south side, Pirate caves. I could go on and on. I have pics of some of these places below.
We are waiting for the winds to stop blowing before we head to the bahamas this coming week. That rip is one of my favorites. We will anchor out for a few nights at Managuan and Crooked island before working our way thru Flying fish marina and Rum cay before getting to San Salvador. Fishing along the way will be exciting. We should see some good Yellowfin Tuna fishing along with some Blue marlin as well.
Wish I had more to report on this blog. But fishing has been slow here with all the winds we have had. Enjoy the pics below of our trip to here and some pics of the Turks.

Its a  Tetanus nightmare but pretty cool to explore
