Cat

Lemon shark eating a baracuda we tied to a rope
Last year when we traveled from Highborn to Cat Island we had great marlin fish. This year..... not so much. We had a good ride but saw no life at all. We did fish around Devils point and off towards Columbus point but saw nothing there either. We did manage to terrorize the barracuda population of the Tarter bank But that was it for today.
We saved the Barracudas and brought them back to the dock. once the washed the boat, We grabbed a long rope and went to the fuel dock. We tied the rope to a baracuda head and tossed it away from the dock. In no time sharks were swirling all around. Once a shark grabs the fish head, you kinda play tug o war with them. Patrick got into quite a tugging match with a 8 foot Lemon shark. Later Tyler was actually wading and getting them to com within inches of his feet. He had a blast. It was fun watching Tyler and patrick on the dock like two kids.
Sorry I have not posted any sun set or sunrise pics. Its just been cloudy and grey for the last week.
There is still a chill in the air. I cant wait for warm weather and tropical breezes.
Tomorrow we head to Clarence town and Flyingfish marina on Long island.

Well at least we know the boat catches fish. It must be that little special touch you added to the underside of the boat. You need to start your list of species.
