Catching a few Blues

Enough of the road trips and sand bar parties. Back to fishing! While fishing is slow compared to last month We are still getting 3-4 shots at Blue marlin each day and catching two on average. The current has backed way off. We need current to push the blue marlin through the area. I have no doubt the fishing will pick back up any day now. But, once again, there are not to many places where you can go and still get 1-2 shots at Blue marlin each day.
A few of the boats that have spent the past 2 months here are beginging to depart for the fishing grounds around the corner of the Dominican Republic from us. The Cap Cana season brings white marlin and a few Blue Marlin to that area. There are still plenty of boats here in Casa de campo though. We have roughly 3 weeks left here before we head towards St Thomas.
Agaian a big thank you to Vilma, Jesmine Josie and Steve for giving me yet another great birthday party. The Empanadas were fantastic. I received two gifts that night that were very Apropo. The first was a Depends Undergarment. Yep they made me try it on. The second was a t shirt made up for me. My nick name on the dock is "Special Ed" so they had that printed on a t shirt. Many of you may know that I have the sexiest feet around. Well also printed on the shirt were my feet. Awesome gift you guys!
